Finding Us

Greenock’s Old Telegraph Station bed and breakfast cottage is located at 11 Murray Street, Greenock in the Barossa Valley, only a few doors down from Greenock Creek Tavern and within easy walking distance to Murray Street Vineyards.

From Adelaide it is an easy drive along either Main North Road or Port Wakefield Road and the Northern Expressway to the Gawler Bypass which then becomes the Sturt Highway. After about 20 minutes take the first exit for Greenock. At Greenock Creek Tavern turn right. Greenock’s Old Telegraph Station is located approximately 100m on the left. From anywhere else, as long as you can find Greenock’s main street (and that won’t be hard) you can find the cottage. It is well signposted.

Only five minutes drive from Nuriootpa, and within 10 minutes of Tanunda and Angaston, Greenock is well situated in the heart of the Barossa Valley wine region.
