The Greenock’s Old Telegraph Station (c 1860) has been beautifully restored and tastefully appointed with all the conveniences of modern living.

This cottage served as one of the original telegraph stations in South Australia, following the extension of the telegraph line from Adelaide to Angaston.
Back then, the village of Greenock became a significant stop over for travellers on the way to the Murray River or interstate, and a popular meeting place for locals.
