Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be purchased for any amount. Certificates are not redeemable for cash. If you wish to purchase please email us your request. Cancellations:

Should you need to cancel your booking and request a refund please see below our policy:-

30 days or more from the date of arrival - 100% refund

15-29 days from date of arrival - 50% refund

14 days or less from date of arrival - 0% refund

Cleaning and Servicing:

We pride ourselves on an exceptional level of cleanliness. As your cottage is self-contained, we ask that you wash your own dishes and utensils after use.

If you have reserved a twin share stay and also use second bed room, you may be charged $20 to cover the cost of additional linen and cleaning.

Parking:

Parking is available on site for a maximum of 2 cars, there is plenty of kerb side parking directly out front. 

Please note that the driveway is shared with our neighbour, please do not block the driveway.
